Sunlight Supply®, Inc. is proud to be the only vertically integrated manufacturer in the
industry. We own a state of the art sheet metal fabrication & powder coating facility located
near Vancouver, Washington. We make all of our reflectors from scratch. They are designed, cut,
punched & bent on computer controlled sheet metal machinery. Many of our competitors
offer imported reflectors that are not made with the same exacting standards, attention to detail
or with the same quality of materials.
The material inside a reflector is critical for its performance. We use a 95-98% reflective aluminum that we import from Europe. Our competitors use a Chinese material that looks similar, but is only 86 – 87% reflective. Beyond the reflectivity, the diffusion properties
and uniformity of the European aluminum is far superior to the Chinese look a like material.
