Outside Sales Account Manager
Sunlight Supply, Inc. / National Garden Wholesale is an award winning manufacturer of plant lighting and a distributor of fine gardening products. Sunlight Supply, Inc. /NGW is based out of Vancouver, WA and has ten distribution centers nationwide. We are seeking outside sales account managers for our growing sales team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in the Retail Garden Industry with an emphasis on indoor gardening.
Requirements:

Able to demonstrate a high level of understanding of the indoor, outdoor, and hydrogardening industry and products and growing processes used.

Familiarity and proficiency with Sunlight Supply products strongly preferred.

Must have a high level of organization and ability to multi-task.

Ability to demonstrate sales ability, not just “promotion” ability.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills a must.

High level analytical skills required: running sales reports and understanding and appropriately acting on information in them.

A positive attitude and an inspiring work ethic.

The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while being challenged to improve every day.

Self-motivated with the ability to travel 20+ weeks a year.

Computer proficient in Outlook Express, Excel, and Word.

An obsession with customer satisfaction.

Pass a drug test, background check, and has a driving record that allows them to be insured on our company auto policy.
Wages: Salary plus commission commensurate with experience and performance.
Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/401K after 90 days.
